Big Cat Botanics was founded in September of 2023 by Benjamin Davis.
Long before Big Cat Botanics existed, Ben was making candy, extracts, and botanical products while developing a deep appreciation for plants, natural medicines, and the science behind them. Over the past decade, he has worked throughout the cannabis and hemp industries, earning recognition for products and extracts he helped create while gaining experience in manufacturing, formulation, and regulatory compliance.
Along the way, he witnessed many of the problems that continue to affect the industry today: poor transparency, questionable business practices, and products that often failed to live up to their claims. Rather than complain about the problem, he decided to build something better.

Today, Big Cat Botanics specializes in small-batch botanical candies, gummies, tinctures, and specialty formulations. As an artisan botanical candy maker and apothecary, Ben combines traditional confectionery techniques with modern botanical ingredients to create products that are both enjoyable and unique.
