What payment methods does Big Cat Botanics accept?

Big Cat Botanics accepts traditional electronic payments as well as select cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR).

We believe customers should have flexibility in how they pay. Cryptocurrency provides an alternative payment option, particularly when traditional payment processing is unavailable.

Can I pay with Bitcoin or Monero?

Yes! Big Cat Botanics accepts both Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR).

Monero is a cryptocurrency designed with a focus on financial privacy. We support cryptocurrency payments as an alternative to traditional payment methods.

What should I do if my payment doesn’t go through?

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Where does Big Cat Botanics ship from?

Our products are developed and manufactured in Colorado, and orders are shipped from the United States.

How long does it take to process an order?

We generally dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after processing.

Your order will not be marked complete until it has been handed off to the carrier. After an order is marked complete, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service, and carrier conditions.

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes. Big Cat Botanics ships orders in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within approximately 4–5 business days, although actual delivery times may vary.

Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free domestic shipping is available on qualifying orders of $125 or more.

Can I return a product?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges.

Are your products made in the United States?

Yes. Our products are developed and manufactured in-house in Colorado.

Producing our products in small batches allows us to maintain direct oversight of formulation, manufacturing, and quality.

What is the difference between CBD, CBN, CBG, and CBC?

CBD (cannabidiol), CBN (cannabinol), CBG (cannabigerol), and CBC (cannabichromene) are distinct cannabinoids found in or derived from hemp.

Each has a different chemical structure and is being studied for different biological properties.

• CBD: One of the most extensively researched cannabinoids.
• CBN: A cannabinoid frequently discussed in connection with rest and relaxation, although research into many of its potential effects is still developing.

No. Potency varies by product and formulation.
